    Take toilet paper. I used to be able to hump (hike) 25 miles in 8 to 10 hrs carrying 60 lbs, back when I was young. I probably drank 4 qts of water if it was hot. Naturally if you're going to be exploring along the way then I can see the 2 days.

    I can see carrying 2 gallons of water for your trip. Just don't use it for was washing, use it for drinking and cooking. Take extra socks and foot powder. I think you're pretty much ready to go. Have a small stove.

    I'd say hump the gear you described in your post so you can get an idea of your endurance.
