You could just have her put down.
I regularly tell my wife that if she were a horse, I'd take her out back and shoot her.
i never tried to imply sueing . the medical coverage on your homeowners policy is there to cover these things . no deductable . or lawyers .

Simply amazing, people want to sue the friend becasue his wife is a klutz and don't know how to walk! It's no wonder our country is in the crapper.
for better or worse, sickness and health. Be the MAN you should be and suck it up and move on.
According to my insurance unless its life threatening ER is a no go even broken bones, perhaps making her wait until a normal dr visit is in order (will save you money). Now if if your an illegal alien the ER is your normal dr.
Can't help with the current matter, but maybe you should strap her up like Hannibal Lecter and wheel her around on a dolly from now on.
Will those type of accounts even be allowed in the future?Try setting up a HSA ( Health Savings Account)to put away money tax free each week out of your paycheck, to help pay those medical bills. Most banks can help you set this up.
what if a person tripped because of a loose step on your porch ? you know , if it was your fault . I have insurance and don't need yours or anyone else's .I don't care if you want to sue or not. If you trip and hurt yourself and expect my insurance to cover you, you're not welcome on my property.
