I just aquired a new to me Trooper MKIII manuf. 1981-82. This one came with with a tattered box, but all the paperwork is there even the original plastic bag that held the gun. The label lost it stick at some point but as you can see from the picture it is still with the box. I find the fit and feel good, but it's no Python.....

    Thanks again IUalum!!!!

I am new to this finish. I have never had one before. It is called Coltguard or E-nickel. Any Colt guys out there that have these? What do you use to clean it?

You have to be careful with nickel finishes, some of the regular cleaners can lift the finish. I'm not sure about the Colt E-Nickel though.

Hey, I just pm'd you about a similar colt like you bought. My first revolver was a 6" nickel like that one in .22 magnum, I sure miss that gun. Is this a .357?
