My father was born in 1926 and raised three daughters on his own and put them thru college before he met and married my mother (my mother was born in 1944) who also had two kids from a previous marriage and then had two kids (myself and my younger brother). My oldest step sister is only two years younger than my mother. So, really, it's not a big deal, just kinda weird when you have nieces who are the same age you are.....
