google and a little bit of luck usually. I always look for codes when I order online, and try every code before I buy. Save an average of $200 a month that way.

Where do you guys find these codes at?

The $10 off $50 often pops up at the top of this sites page along with a few others. I think it is some type of marketing tool.
The 3 level codes are emailed to people on their mailing list about once a month.
Note all are for in stock non-sale items though you can mix in sale items as long as non-sale add up to the minimum.

I can't help with a code as I no longer buy from Midway. After being quoted a $35 shipping charge (from Missouri) for two items that totaled $70, I decided it was time to go.
I checked with another site (in California) for two virtually identical items and found the shipping cost to be $14. Besides that, the two items were cheaper.
Midway is a rip-off, with or without a discount code. YMMV
