I personally hope toyota takes this hard.... I had issues long ago with a camry they they told me to get lost... my camry failed to stop.... I bought it certified used from Beck.... apparently the E brake cable was to lose and the brake booster had a serious leak.... I drove it a week before I plowed into the back of a durango.....

Didn't the "media" do the same thing to the Corvair in the 60's and to GM trucks in the 70's or 80's (gas tank explosions)? Why do we allow them to get away with it? They lie through their teeth, call it news, and we believe them every time. I wonder what percentage of any story is fiction.

Same :poop: , same kind of liars, different day = business as usual for the media

We don't need facts, we're NBC!!! :xmad:

    "General Motors v. NBC
Dateline NBC aired an investigative report on Tuesday, November 17th, 1992, titled “Waiting to Explode.” The 60 minute program was about General Motors pickup trucks allegedly exploding upon impact during accidents due to the poor design of fuel tanks. Dateline's film showed a sample of a low speed accident with the fuel tank exploding. In reality, Dateline NBC producers had rigged the truck’s fuel tank with remotely controlled explosives. The program did not disclose the fact that the accident was staged."

I stopped watching the so called news along time ago. Everything is made up or slanted to fit their bull:poop: liberal views and to support their bull:poop: demonrat candidates.

Yeah, and don't forget the Audi 5000 unintended acceleration and the Isuzu Rodeo faked roll overs.
