Martinsville Walmart OC

I observed a clean cut young man shopping in Martinsville Walmart with what appeared to be a Glock OC on his right hip. I made it a point to ask him if any one had ever hassled him about his OC he stated no! I have one thing to say OUTSTANDING! I carry consealed usually in a shoulder holster, along with a good knife,hand tazer and OC in a hand held baton, I feel that you have a better tactial edge that way. But hats off to the young man who OC!!!

I dont believe it should be hats off, its not like a pride thing. Its how we feel comfortable carring our firearms. I almost always OC but do sometimes CC (manily just my Kimber Tactical Ultra Carry and IWB holster). I do not carry a firearm because it makes me feel like a big bad a$$, I carry so if I am ever in a bad situation I can and will protect my family and all inocent by standers. I believe getting you license should be harder than what it is. People carring a firearms in not joking matter, if you ever pull that weapon out you had better be willing to take a humans life. Let me remind you that means someone's child will not be calling home or even be there for holidays. I am willing to make the action if need be, just remember the one staring down your barrel may need that bullet but there life is not the only one that will be affected.

A lot of people do not OC even when they want to, because of being hassled. It is nice to hear of good experiences.
