    Death penalty (by the court system) doesn't exist in the state of Michigan. It hasn't for many many years.

    Street level executions happen every other day pretty much.

    sounds like the old "I brought you into this world, and I can take you out" was acted upon. I wonder if he thought this saved some other poor souls the weighty issue, and he knows no other criminal would have killed his some and torture him in prison. This way he likely thinks he knows his son suffered the least, and no one else had to be harmed by his son. I dunno.

    Of course, I'd hope you'd also see the insanity of executing someone over an accusation delivered via phone call.

    Of course I do. But prison time, regardless of how long, is not enough for someone like that. I'm sorry. Do I think he should've killed his son? Absolutely not. Do I feel bad for his son? Absolutely not.
