    With only 1 guy...I'm guessing it took at least 1 month. Looked like a lot of that labor could be done in parallel with multiple people though. Still, pretty amazing to see the end result and how he got it there.

    I respect the effort and skills. Shows what a man is capable of (assuming it was just one). Thatched roof always looks like kindling, with an open flame beneath it drying it out. Keep the fire small.
    Reminds me of some of the sketch builds on YT. Shows one or two guys slogging out a build by hand. But at certain points of the video, you can see heavy equipment tracks surrounding the build. :facepalm:

    Not saying this guy isnt legit. Just reminded me of the ones who cheated.

    Truly a wonder plant in Northern Europe — used for construction, fishing rods, nuts were a major source of dietary fats year-round, leaves and bark many medicinal uses. Not a hardwood, just a lowly bush.

    We have hazelnut bushes up north. Nice straight stems the size of your thumb. I like the dead ones as kindling.
