Once again, is this private property or county? No tax records for the fairgrounds....

Didn't you stop at the Sheriff's trailer right there behind the sign to ask?

If its the the whole park and not just the pool in front ( I have not been there for a few years, but used to show there in 4-H).
It shows 16.1 acres so it should be the whole fair grounds and pool area.

wouldn't 4-H be leasing the park from the city for the fair? If thats the case they can ban people wearing shorts if they want

I was there last night, I didn't bring my heater. But I did talk to one of the deputies there, told him he needed a smaller handgun because it was making his pants droop. He laughed and said that he didn't really want to be wearing it, and then commented that he didn't feel like he needed it at all because the crowd was nice and well behaved. I agree, its a nice calm fair with little ruckus. Did buy some nachos, they were stale and inedible. sorely disapointed with them, corndog was awesome though. +1 for the madison county 4h fair

Anyone could legally past that sign, OC or CC. That would be the day the brownshirt in that photo would receive an education.

Just noticed this at Madison Cty 4H Fair

The large sign on the right say NO PETS! Does this mean they really, really mean no Pets? But just No Firearms a little bit? LOL

The trailer in the left background is for the Madison Cty Sheriff's Dept!!!! :dunno:
