They usually come with 2 mags and a set of 3 back straps for the grips. I would assume that these would be the same

I would assume the same, but such a great price and limited product description, I am not 100% sure.

399$ is LOW. They should come with 2mags + standard M&P gear. Even if it DIDNT come with an extra mag. 44mag has them for like 24$? So the money you save you'll get what you need. You know you'll spend more on mags anyway
