i received mine today also. Took 7 days not 7 business days. i was L-1 printed the 26th and my permit issue date is 27th if only the mail was as fast at the ISP i would have had it last week.

Mine came after just 13 days from the date I applied at FWPD. When I opened the mailbox and saw the letter from the state.....I opened it like I was a kid on Christmas morning.
