looking for 37m flare launcher for ar15

i am looking for the ar15 attachment that is a 37mm flare launcher, yes its legal for those who are going to ask , ........ needs to be able to mount to the underside of the ar, ...... .....have guns to trade as well as cash or whatever would be great if it had a few rounds with it , also an adapter for 12g smoke rds but if not no problem ..............or if anyone know someone locally that has one that would be great thanks and god bless
