Long distance shooting ranges in the NE

Does anyone know of a 300yd + range in the fort wayne area?

I heard that Hillside Shooting Sports in Roanoke is putting in a pistol and rifle range that goes out to 1000 yards. I don't know any of the details, though.

According to their website Fort Wayne Rifle and Revolver has a 300 yard range. Youngs is the only other public range that I know of that goes out to 300+.

If I remember correctly Young's you have to be a nra member (www.savageshooters.com has get togethers there for the Indiana ppl and it was a requirement)

I believe FWRR is the same way also. You have to be a FWRR member to shoot and an NRA member to be a FWRR member.

I am looking for an extended range for my 7mm also. I had heard of a range in Roanoke being built last time I was in Sinclairs. I can't wait for it to get opened.

Fort Wayne Pistol and Rifle Club, it's private and expense but seems to be a country club setting for shooters. It takes more than a google search to find their website but you'll find it.

For general plinking or handgun shooting Roush Lake shooting range is a nice facility. It is only $4 a day and you don't have to be a member of anything to go. Only drawback is it only goes out to 100 yd.
