legality of shipping a barrel.

im not a ffl, but im pretty sure i can ship a gun barrel to another priviate individual and be fine. am i right?

Yes sir in Indiana you can ship long guns too!!

I believe package contents have to be decleared with the shipper..IIRC

barrels can ship NO PROB... only the serial numbered part need go to an FFL and be declared.

if its just the barrel you can send to anyone . but not the lock and stock but if you dissemble it you can send in parts.
