    And even is she has an LTCH...... I don't think CA accepts ours haha...... at the CA airports they would have been ALL over her.......


    Alls she had to do is put in in a checked bag and tell them about it. Don't think you can take the ammo though.

    You can take ammo. I think it's 1 or 2 boxes max, but it might vary by airline. I toted my Glock to Alaska and back, all you have to do is ask the airline how to pack it.

    I've flown with guns and ammo several times, its no big deal, just ask the airline for their rules and you are good to go. It also helps to brush up on the federal laws, some airlines want to put a FIREARMS tag on the luggage, which is actually in violation of the law. But still, its no real problem to fly with a gun if you follow the rules/laws.
