What is the process of going through them to get your LTCH. Do they just do prints? My father in-law is wanting to get his and I've seen where people are getting theres back in 2 weeks. Thanks for any help.

It speeds up the process. It is worth the extra money. You make an appointment online, go there, they print you, give you a receipt and then you go to your local police station, sheriff or court house.

Thanks for the link. So, fill out the online form, make appointment for L-1, go get printed, take money orders to city county building in Indianapolis? Does it speed up the process because L-1 is doing the backround check? Thanks again.

    yep.
After I did mine online, I made the appointment at the State building first, 2nd or 3rd floor can't remember. That's when they took the electronic prints (paid the $75 + L1 fee together). Then I had to go to the City County building and get thumb and forefinger print and paid the $50.
