    Wow, that has got to be the best customer service group I've seen in years.

    I bought a used Sightron on the internet. It arrived, and what the guy described as new, was not. Eye lens had scratches in it you could feel with a fingernail.

    The guy disappeared, won't return phone calls, e-mails, etc. So I figured I'd call Sightron, and ask the price to repair it (who know's maybe it wasn't bad). I explain the whole deal, that I wasn't the original purchaser ... she says send it, we'll cover that under warranty. OK! Just got it back yesterday with a new eye lens:-)

    I don't care who you are, you're not going to beat that! I've lost $8 in shipping. Oh, and by the way, their scopes really are THAT nice. I've bought 2 other BigSky scopes since this one.
