That was back in October, so "good" compared to the current market, yes.

Yeah, that was last April. First time in 30-some years that they had to cancel an event. The creek rose to several feet OVER the bridge that takes you into the main parking lot; it was incredible.

Really hoping the .223 prices aren't ridiculous, I'd like to buy a bunch if I can afford to. I plan on going down to Knob Creek for the first time here weekend after next with my boss, he's been a few times. Really looking forward to it.
