the composite blades are great. very nice stuff. I really love the zero tolerance 0350 composite blades the most though :)

I looked at the ZT composite, actually. Well, looked online anyhow. While I think it's neat, I really don't know if I want to pay that kind of money for one. Plus I like the shape/s of the brazing on the knives I have as opposed to the simple swooping line on the ZT.

The JYD is a tank of a knife. Nice knives!

And here I thought the Rake was big! :n00b: The JYD is a big one, that's for sure.

your definitely correct. you got a hell of a collection with some damn good steels. congrats on the killer blades man.

    Thanks!

I took some more photos last night, but threw in the Chive that I've got. 4 Kershaw blades all together as a happy family.

Also took some of an old (never sharpened beyond factory edge) Buck 110 and my new ESEE 4.

All the new photos need some processing work and then some resizing before being hosted and posted.

Oh, and Grunt, when I bought that composite Leek, I was told that it was going to be yours had I not bought it first. ;)

Well, the JYD + a Kershaw Chive has been given to MontereyC6 for a little machining work.

He's going to attempt to convert the JYD to tip-up carry utilizing the Chive's pocket clip.

Should work...I've read several accounts of folks converting their JYDs without issue.
