The previous owner installed it in 2019 before we brought our house. Two of the safety rails broke off during a recent windstorm but they're really flimsy and were only installed to appease the HOA. I'd recommend leaving the remaining ones behind. The pool looks much better without them but I have the broken rails in my garage if you'd like them.
Includes all of the equipment you need to run and clean it and the leftover chemicals that I never used.
I can take a day off of work and try to recruit another helper (everything I've read has said the more hands on deck the better) if you need to come on a weekday (just need a weeks notice). I can also help on most Saturdays.
