One of my relatives installed a PWS compensator on my AR (stainless Wilson 16" barrel). It does reduce recoil and muzzle rise, but it is so LOUD that it isn't something that I can practice with at public ranges without drawing a lot of frowns from nearby shooters.
My relatives all have suggestions, but I'm about ready to go back to a standard A2 flash suppressor.
Is there a better solution around for less that $100? Recoil really isn't a factor for me.
