Got asked a question tonight by a coworker that I truly don't know the answer for. He got this book from a garage sale with instructions on building a. 50 cal sniper rifle and wanted to know if it was legal to do. I told him that I didn't think it was but im not sure. Anyone got any info on this?

okay so he can build it for personal use just not to sell? makes sense in a way. to me it sounds like a lot of work and some risk should you run into a not so friendly LEO
