Why on earth would they need training on shooting from a moving vehicle?

And I don't care if the training requirements "met or exceeded those of other Federal law enforcement agencies." In the first place, being better than awful doesn't mean one is good. In the second, the training requirements don't translate into training results. Do you know how many people satisfy their real estate license continuing education training and still don't have the foggiest clue what license laws allows/disallows?

75% is a standard for losers.

The crazy thing is that there were 11 negligent discharges compared to 8 intentional discharges. Batting .421 is great in baseball, but horrible when handling firearms.

My brother worked in Procurement for some 3 letter agency in Chicago and their way of handling the bathroom stall discharges was to find the Sig's Faulty and destroy them and buy the agent a new firearm, It was that or reprimand the agent.

Always easier to play the ostrich by hiding your head in the sand, but like the lion chasing it, it will end up biting them in the a$$!
