Nice, I love how the guy didn't even know if the homeowner had a gun, but was scared s***less anyways

WTF? The guy breaks in and takes a shower? :dunno:

Next WTF is, that the guy was charged with criminal trespass. Is that the worst charge they can come up with? Do they not have breaking and entering or something of that sort?

This is Portland, the homeowner will be charged with criminal intimidation. I hope the criminal was an American Citizen, or the homeowner will get an added charge of hate crime. No the purple isn't broken.

You guys do realize that the suspect may very well have been friend/family/lover of the home owner, and they were not on speaking terms at the time? It's unlikely that some random guy broke into some random house to take a shower.

Unless he was high. Or crazy. Or just really had to do something about a bad case of swamp ass.

They charged him with trespassing so he definitely wasn't welcome in the home. The article states that the guy admitted that he broke into the house.

That and this genius was arrested for something else in January that got him held on 60,000 bail. (notice the different mugshot...)

January 30 - ? Can't find more details online but still a kodak moment.

That's about as stupid as the guy who broke into a dentist's office in Jasonville, crapped in the bathroom and left behind 'evidence' in the toilet that helped the police identify him.
