I think its cool as hell. Its the same price as my carry ammo with a pretty green tip, I'll get some to carry. And NO i don't think the zombies are coming.

I think I'm going to get some. Then I plan to get some silver bullets for werewolves. I think I saw some for about $75 a piece. Then if I can find some wooden bullets for vampires I'll be all set!!:):

Really, pretty cool marketing. I am going to get some just for the heck of it!

O don't see it as a "premium price" I just ordered two boxws from cableas.com for 16.99. Thats at least two bucks cheaper than critical defense. The only difference I see is that Zombie cases are brass, not nickel. And that wont matter to the Zombies...

ZMax bullets are less expensive than their VMax counterparts. Likely due to their being sold in cans of 500 versus 250, but I'm not complaining.

Once moly'd Zs and Vs are indistinguishable.

Somebody (apparently) started a rumor about Hornady coming out with a Vampire bullet... ain't nothing to it, as far as I can determine.

The only difference is a green tip and a brass case instead of the nickel plated brass case. You lose shelf life, but not enough to be a problem... unless you were storing it long term for... say... ZOMBIES!!!!!

I picked up two 20 round boxes of .40 for $28, whoever thinks this is priced at "premium" either shops at the wrong store, or has never purchased ammo before

Has anyone noticed that Nosler is trying to get in on this silliness with their, "Varmaggedon" ammo?

    Per 50 rounds?

I am sure that is for a 20 round box. I think I paid over $20 for the box of 40S&W I have. But what the hay it is novelty ammo in a cool box. I keep it with my P99 because it looks cool. I did load it up and carry it to the meet and greet in Nashville. Again for the novelty. Depending on the price I could see buying some .223 just to fill a couple of mags.
