My buddy is somewhat stingy... Partly due to his budget, but mostly due to him just being a cheapskate.
He posed a pretty interesting question:
"If you could pick any carry gun, what would it be?"
Naturally I went through the basics; Glocks, M&P's, etc.
Then the kicker: "It can't be one of the popular $500+ firearms, if you were to pick a budget friendly "B-rated" handgun to carry, what would it be?"
Then I got to thinking: imagine a world without our favorites like Glock, Smith and Wesson, Ruger, so on and so forth. What if all we had to choose from were the less-sought after firearms? Which firearm would be the captain of the junior varsity team?
If I had to choose, it would probably be a Bersa Thunder, or maybe a Taurus... I can't help but cringe at "choose" and "Taurus" being in the same sentence.
I figured this would make an interesting/humorous thread on INGO.
LET THE STANDARDS FALL!
