Here's a thread I'm going to dedicate to a game I'd like to call, "what's for supper". It will be an ongoing game, I want to test how you good are on food identification.

    Rules:

    1) You must be a specific as you can be, no guessing a general broad object like "meat" when it could be any kind of meat.
    2) Upon guessing the right anwser, it will then be your turn to continue in passing the "ball" to keep the game going.
    3) Gotta have a post-cook picture to show off the awesome food you made. Explaining/describing food is a plus.
    4) Have fun!

So without further ado, what's for supper?

Beef brisket? Whatever it is, pretty sure I cooked several back in the fall!

    Nope

    Oh, that's steak!

    Nope

If you don't get asked how you like it cooked, it must be a roast.

Generally speaking you'll never get asked how it's cooked if it's pork, as well as roast.

    Flank Steak?

    Nope

    Pork spare ribs

Correct! Note the more pinkish color pork has verses the red that beef has.

I was right, partially. We smoked pork spare ribs that weekend when Kyle and Alex and Katie were helping us move.
    :alcoholic:

Indeed....the above picture is right before the first flip, gotta wait another 45 mins then I'll create a bed of brown sugar, apple juice, vinegar, and liquid smoke.

    Winner posts next pic, right?

Sure, keep the ball rolling...you have to be a legitimate winner though.

    Posted some simple rules...

    So...

    Pork spare ribs

    Your turn
