    Trigger Outdoors ad
    Got my form 1 returned today due to missing the Chiefs Name & Title. I didn't fill this part out because his proxy signed the bottom section instead. Live and learn.

    Anyways, what is the chiefs name here and what is his official title? I assume I can just write that in myself and send these back.

    Don't worry Mr Jag, I did the same thing on two of my forms. the reason it was on two is because I sent off the second before I got the first one back. Looking forward to seeing that in a couple of months for corrections.

    It's two for me as well. :rolleyes:

    Sent in my Form 4 for an Isis9 about 2 months after I sent in the one that just got returned for corrections.

    Like I said before... Live and learn.

    I don't understand all the mistakes on NFA forms !
    They come with the most detailed instructions I've ever seen .my 2 yr old could do it .
    There's literally an explanation for every entry on the forms .
    No wonder wait times are averaging 6 months .
    Read the directions provided folks & triple check before sending forms !!!
