Slight discoloration at the neck but it is supposed to be reloadable brass.
Just posting in case someone else was considering it but wanted to look at it first.

I have seen Israeli-produced Winchester Q-loads (white box), but was not aware that any of the Independence was Israeli-made; thought it was all loaded by ATK.

Can you post a pic of the packaging?

Isn't that discoloration just from the annealing process? I have noticed all my factory new ammo, all my 5.56 NATO is annealed show that discoloration but none of my .223 REM is discolored.

Correct! All my 30-06 brass is colored the same. None of my .223 has this discoloration...yet!!!

That neck discoloration isn't a bad thing. Look at any Federal American Eagle XM855 and the LC brass is the same way. Same thing goes for PMC X-TAC SS109 and their PSD brass.

I've bought this Independence from Gander and Walmart. No issues.
