Yes this did remain intact along with about 1400 other exempted groups. It could have been a rallying cry IF the MSM had not buried it under the screams against those EVIL right wingers. Once again proving that many Americans still trust and believe in the MSM and are unwilling to seek out opposing views or alternative news sources.
Dems got all they wanted EXCEPT an end to the sequester.
