My little girl was born yesterday! Her due date was 3/7 and my wife went into preterm labor at 35 weeks and 6 days the labor was stopped at the hospital. The dr. Decided to induce at 39 weeks and 2 days but she had other plans and was born at 38 weeks and 3 days. We showed up to the hospital expecting to be 3ish centimeters like she was at her last appoint only to find out she was 7cm. Our other 2 kids havent got to meet her yet hopefully her labs come back good and we can take her home tomorrow. At 7.5lbs she seems tiny compared to our son who was 9lbs 9.9oz. Now we have another kid to pass the chipmunk .22 down to.

When my twins were born, they were 4 lbs. 1 and a half ounces and 4 lbs. 5 and a half ounces. I understand your desire to get your little one home. Congratulations, and sounds like she`s a lucky little girl to already have her own rifle!

There she is! She would only open her eyes when we changed her butt so I had to sneak in with the camera. The redness in her right eye is from being cord wrapped I guess. She was a little jaundice and has a full body rash the the dr was worried about so we had to stay an extra night. We got to come home this evening. The kids love her. Big sis is a little mommy singing her to sleep. Big brother just keeps touching her saying "awwww", until he saw grandpa holding her now hes heart broken. Mommas doing good I couldnt be prouder and more in love. And dads really tired and ready to sleep in a bed that isnt a foot shorter than me.
