    Hello all…
Just to let everyone know, the trial for the PICA injustice garbage will begin Monday 16 September 2024. It is scheduled before Justice Stephen McGlynn in Federal District Court, Southern District of Illinois. Please pray for those arguing for our rights. Hope it is a quick trial, and we can enjoy the beginning of the end of this democrat-led piece of **** legislation.

Justice McGlynn will probably rule in the gun owners favor as he has done before, he actually follows the Constitution and the rulings by the USSC. He has also been overturned by the appeals court headed by Easterbrook who cares little about the Constitution or rulings by the USSC. Another problem is the way that appeals procedure is set-up McGlynn's ruling will go back in front of Easterbrook and the other two judges that always overturn him. No matter how it is ruled it will be appealed, probably twice ending up at the USSC. Jim.

Agree. McGlynn’s thoughts align with the Bruen decision, and, those of Justice Thomas. It was Justice Thomas who called Easterbrook’s ruling “ridiculous”, and “nonsensical”. Hopefully we would get a different en banc panel at the appeals court, otherwise, USSC, here we come. If it goes on up the ladder, I’m hoping and praying for a major slap down of easterbrook, woods, pritzker, morgan, and all the rest of these gun grabbers.

Easterbrook, Woods, Pritzker, Morgan, and all the corrupt Democraps will never stop thumbing their nose at the SCOTUS rulings.
Their Marxist ideology and cult like adherence to those detestable “principles” are what will continue to doom the United States.
God, please step in and save America from these devils?

Well, after four days of testimony, the trial phase has ended. Judge McGlynn gave both sides 30 days to file their briefs. Gleaning from the public comments of the trial watchers, it appears our side is in a good spot. Hoping and praying for a good outcome. Permanent injunction would be a great decision, with the 7th Circuit all but guaranteed to overturn Judge McGlynn, then on to USCC. I certainly pray Judge McGlynn delivers the heads of easterbrook, woods, prickster and morgan on a silver platter to Justice Thomas. And in case you’re wondering why I don’t capitalize these idiots’ names…they aren’t worthy of my respect. They have not earned it.
