A wheel stud, specifically.
The geniuses at the Car-X in Greenwood (by Menards) apparently cross-threaded a wheel nut when they rotated my tires last.
Fast forward to the other day when I discovered a screw in a tire that needed patched. Costco found the x-thread and warned me it'd probably break. It did.
So, now I'm at 5/6ths strength on that wheel.
Passenger rear of an '09 Kia Sedona LX.
Any of you Greenwood-area wrench-turners do this kind thing? And could teach me?
May be worth just having a wheel/tire place do it?
