I love my job. Pictures Up.
As some of you know I am the firearms consultant for Sohn Auctions in Evansville. I have just been told that another 250+ guns have been delivered for the next auction on Feb. 13, 2010 and consignments are still coming in.
Just a small preview of the listing- (pics will come sometime next week as I do the inventory and appraisal.) PICTURES ARE UP IN ALBUM.
4- Colt Diamondbacks
7- King Cobras
9- Pythons
4 Python Elites
14- M1 Garand rifles (2 are International Harvester and at least 1 Winchester)
4- M1 Carbines (1 is a Winchester)
5- Auto Ordnance Thompson rifles (semi only)
and a slew of Smiths, Berettas, Rugers, Remingtons, etc,etc..........
For those that don't know, the International Harvester M1's are Hoosier made Garands. Made in the current Evansville Whirpool plant for the Korean War. Just something for your next gun trivia game.
It is going to be a fun auction.
Did I mention that- I LOVE MY JOB.
