Why does that ever matter to anyone, unless you actually know the shooter and have personally witnessed his shooting skills?
For all anyone knows, the owner shoots for crap no matter what gun he uses...
And if the gun is *actually* a crappy shooter, how would he (or anyone looking at a photograph) know it?

It would be more impressive to say "this gun shoots [blah blah] from a vice/rest..." ...But I'd even be reluctant to take that with a grain of salt.
