how to change address for lthc

I've searched the IN state police website and have had no luck besides the fact the license says i have 60 days to notify in writing of change of address.

Is this done online? Or do I need to go to the city county building and fill out paperwork? Or do I need something notarized?

I looked on the ISP website and found a link to change my address, but it popped up as a PDF and I couldn't click the link.

I got duped the first time too. You gotta read all the words, not just click on what jumps out. You clicked the link to the pdf explaining the process, not the link to actually begin it.

Ah! yeah i found that as well, and i couldn't figure out why it wouldn't let me open it.
