When things started getting crazy a couple of months ago I bought an 01 Toyota Corolla with a bunch of miles. I went 375 (mostly highway) miles on one tank this weekend and the gas light was probably about to go off soon. I went to fill it and it took 10.7 gallons. I love this little car :rockwoot:

The Impreza gets about 300 miles per tank (~13 gallons)....
My Honda Insight used to get about 550-600 miles on about 10.9 gallons. But I sold it to my dad when he got fed up with his Mercedes.

I'm lucky if I get 300 miles out of my 26+ gallon tank on my Toyota Tundra. When I pull our travel trailer, I get 8 mpg. Ouch.

    Wow. That's pretty good

yeah... they're nice little cars if you don't haul around a lot of crap and don't mind not having AC. It has it, but the mpg drops to about 40-45 if you use it. Also, don't go over 65 mph, which was difficult for my lead foot. But then again, I'm not driving anymore, so...my dad loves it. :D

i get about 34-37 depending on how I drive my integra. I have the benefit of taking country roads home so I can do 40-45 if I want to. Deer and gas prices keep my speeds slow.

I get right at 110 miles on the 2.5 gal tank of my 20 year old XT600. Puts it at about 44mpg. Others, with similar bikes, get 50-60 mpg. Maybe I shouldn't "ride her like I stole her"?

MY F150 gets 16-18mpg and has a 20gal tank to around 300 mi per tank.

If you add Acetone to your tank 3oz per 10gal it will increase your gas mileage. Use the unscented 100% kind.
I tried it and it works, read about it on the WWW somewhere.
My wife does all of the driving now and thus the fillups and forgets to buy it and put it in.

The extra mpg wasn't a big deal until the prices went up.
I don't remember how much it increased the mileage but it did add enough to matter.

Acetone In Fuel Said to Increase Mileage

There are both positive and negative information about it on the internet but evidently Acetone is an ingredient in a lot of fuel additives.

All I can say is check your mileage before and after using Acetone.

In the 04 Honda Accord, I get about 430-450 out of a 16 gal tank
About $55-$65 to fill up, depending on price.

    In the 04 Ram 2500, I get about 375-425 out of a 36 gal tank:n00b:
    About $135-$145 to fill up.

If I am towing our camper, I get 300-360 on the tank :lmfao:

My '02 Subaru Legacy GT gets about 350-380 miles per 14.2 gallon tank. Not bad considering it is not a compact, has AWD, and shorter than non-GT spec gearing.

My Dodge Durango gets about 14 miles to the gallon. I love that car but if we didn't have a camper to tow, I would probably get rid of it. Of course, I had to get the one with the hemi too. Not to mention we probably still owe 3 years on it. We usually drive Scutter01's Kia around because it gets MUCH better gas mileage. I think he has a Spectra but I don't what his gas mileage is.

Getting the worst mileage I've every gotten in my Silverado (15 mpg), the minimum I'd go on just the tank full (36 gal) would be 540 miles. If I could get the best mileage I've gotten on the highway (about 22 mpg), and I had a little extra in the fill neck of the tank (say 1/2 gallon), I could go a little over 800 miles.
