I think shot size is up to the individual but some areas require that lead not be used. Check EPA regs, Maybe someone may come up with Indiana Code. We've got some real Google Gurus here.

The one he shot down was pretty well cleaned when it hit the ground.

Am I the only one that noticed that he seems to have the safety on when he first runs out of the house.
It looked like he intended to shoot it down then.
He looks down at his gun and fiddles with the safety, then runs to the back to shoot it.
