    What is needed t change U.S.Mail Rules???? What can a person or group do to make the people in charge change?? I wanted to send a friend in Montana some perfume for her birthday and was told I could not send. Try sending a 1911 though a rifle is ok. WHY????

    My guess is because perfumes are flammable liquids.

    the .gov is strong everywhere. All government agencies and entities have antiquated policies and more antiquated leaders. Good luck getting anyone that can make changes to listen let alone change anything.

    I just want to not be disarmed if I need to mail a letter, or package, or even park in the USPS parking lot. But that just me.
    I park on the street if I need to go in to send a package. I Leave gun under seat and lock doors.

    I can usually order stamps they deliver for free from my local post office.
