This cabinet / entertainment center was made by my dad's wife's brother.

Guess that technically makes him my step uncle, but as he & I have only met a few times - it doesn't count.

Awesome! Reminds me of some plans I saw in a woodworking magazine a few months ago of a big wall book case that had over ten hidden compartments in it like that, including 2-3 big enough for a rifle or shotgun.

Can't find the plans online (yet) but here was the mag.
