Hi-Point question:

I've been wondering about something, if I took a Hi-Point and dropped a length of cannon fuse down the barrel and tied it in a knot, would I be preventing it from firing, or would I have just manufactured a Destructive Device? Or would I have just invented the Glock Gen V?? Would that be a "Hi-Glock"?

Really wondering about this, it's confusing......
