help needed

I am going to set up at the coming Crown Point Gun show and need some pointers .This is my 1st time to set up, Will be selling grips and i need to know what i need .Table covering ,chairs , something to cover up display at night, sales receipts ?.Any suggestions would be appreciated.

First, Good Luck!

Here a few ideas:

#1) Someone to help out.
#2) A cooler w/ ice for food/drinks.
#3) Business cards w/ website (if available).
#4) A Ledger (or computer to record sales and purchases).
#5) A shopping list for yourself for anything you are looking for.
#6) A good amount of making change money.
#7) Price tags on items for sale.

I would say the someone to help is most important. I have worked two (2) shows for the Libertarian Party when doing outreach and it really helps to always have someone there to watch things if you need a bathroom break, get food, or just walk around a bit yourself to stretch your legs.
