Hello from Bloomington, IN

Greetings all!

I'm a newbie here to this board. A little about me...I am originally from Washington, IN and transplanted to Bloomington about 12 years ago. In the past I have enjoyed target practice with revolvers. (I had a SW Model 36 and a Ruger .357) I got out of the gun business and now have children that are old enough to properly train and educate in firearms.

I'll be adding a couple of new pistols likely to my long guns in the near future.

I'm looking for a family friendly place to train and target practice. (and good local gun shops, of course)

By the way, go Hoosiers!

There isn't many places in the imediate area to go shooting at, unless you have some property. But there is a range out in Solsbury, Panther Ridge Training Center. Haven't been there my self, but they are owned by the same people who own Bloomington Home and Personal Security right off the downtown square if you want to go talk to them about it.
