I love how the article says that the AG told the police to stop making arrests on disorderly conduct for open carrying, but the police then decide to "ensure public safety" by citing people for not IDing themselves "based on the totality of what's going on".
The public would be safer if these dangerous people eating dinner while OCing would just ID themselves, because if the police know your name, the guy at the next table is that much safer.
I love how the police are told to stop arrests for one law, so they'll go after you with another.
