So far the most amazing thing about this is that "State of Indiana vs. Charles Hughes Case No. 10C03-1308-FD-1275" gets absolutely NO returns whatsoever on Google. Not even the OP, I guess the Google borgbots haven't been by yet. Isn't there a name for a search like that?

    Welcome back Charles H.

    Don't ya love overzealous prosecutors?

I have had my run in with one a long time ago, cost me a bunch to get to the point where everything was dropped because there was no case, but they did their best to starve me out and take a plea rather than go to a trial. When it finally got to that point, they dropped it and went away. Bastards, all of them.

    Welcome!

Feel free to start a thread with your side of the story. (provided your lawyer approves) Unfortunately the info you posted isnt google friendly as nobody can seem to find your case to reference your ordeal.

Wow... almost two years dragging along then they just up and say they were dismissing the charges, and another 6 months for them to actually be dismissed. Our legal system in action.

Criminal confinement and intimidation. Well, you can't let your hoes get out of line. They won't respect your authori-tah otherwise.
