Beech Grove Firearms has definitely won me over as a customer. I stopped in last Saturday to look around and check out their new facility. The place was packed with customers yet they did not try to rush me or pressure me into buying anything. They were really patient and took the time to answer all of my questions. I ended up ordering a new xd pistol when I was only planning on pricing because they were so honest and the price was fair. My firearm was due to arrive Wednesday, but I received a phone call around one today stating that it was ready to picked up (a day early). I was also impressed with the customer service when I picked up my firearm. They already had my money and they still spent time answering my questions. I also found out that they do layaway (that could be dangerous for my wallet).
