I'm thinking about getting into gunsmithing. To those of you who are gunsmiths, how did you get into the business, and which schools would you recommend?

I am in the gunsmithing program at Wabash Valley College in Mt. Carmel, Il. It's about 10 Minutes from Princeton. It is a very good program at an accredited school with very low tuition. You can give me a PM for specifics.

I know this is an old thread but maybe someone can revive it. I have been looking into this alot and the closest thing to Indiana I have found was the program at wabash. Comments from anyone who has attended there or any others would be awesome. Is it a good program? What was the curriculum like?
