Is it worth adding an after market barrel to my glock 39 to gain a tighter grouping at 15 yards? Right now it is in a 5in group with stock, will it get much better with an after market barrel?
My experience with after market barrels and Glocks have not been good. The only cartridge ejection failure I've had with a Glock have been because of after market barrels. IMO, if it ain't broke don't fix it.
I found the hard way that Glock's work best with stock parts, the gain by changing the barrel may not be worth vs the amount of money spent. If you want to shoot tight groups I suggest a dedicated accuracy platform and you will save time, effort, money.
