WTB: glock 19 gen 4 fde/od frame or 19 gen 3 fde frame

Like the title says looking for a like new glock 19 with a fde or od frame. ..prefer gen 4 but will consider gen 3. I have cash and am very motivated to buy. I am in the mooresville area. Willing to pay more if the gun has upgrades. Thanks.
